Feb. 7th Pig prep day

Wire mesh tin foil and banna leafs for wraping the pig

pig prep

vegtables for stuffing

stuffing

all wrapped up

chains and lifting pole
fire in the pit

banna leafs in the bottom of the pit over coals

more banna leafs also there was a wet sheet put over to hold out the sand cover

all covered over it will stay in the ground for 24 hours steaming away

Roger and Susie's Travels Well golfing this morning then back to ranch to help with pig preperations and of course happy hour etc the fire for the pit was started around 10 or 11 am the pig went in around 2:30 pm and to cook for 24 hours
