July 21st Stuart and roger golfing and car rally




Roger and Susie's Travels Well Stuart and I went golfing at Mulligans this afternoon then went to a car rally with my old car at the A&W in Courtney Golfing at mulligans is just a 9 hole par three course very good for your short game (my score was 40) Stuarts was 77 I remember those days but we had a good time and Stuart get in some awesome shots sorry no pic's for golf

Three house being built last year up at mount washington never got finished before the snow moved in before the winter was over they had more then 6 vm of snow (over 20ft of  snow)

At the end of the week stay they get a tuck ( I have no idea what tuck means) they are lined up for candy's and pop this is only done at the end of there stay

These are the type of tents that they sleep in in Stuarts group there was 8 kids of his age group plus 2 councilors in there tent (all boys) girls are on one side of the camp and boys on the other side ?????
Roger and Susie's Travels Well today didn't fair better still raining and I am going to pick up Stuart from Robert's Lake I brought him a warm pull over and some cookies from Susie to share with his councilors  and who ever???? He seem to be fine he weathered what ever weather he was given with a great smile so all is well he had a good time.

Roger and Susie's Travels Today started off going and getting the final bills for the motor home repairs.(let you know when the final tally goes through) Along with that I stopped at the Salvation army thrift store (I always check there for some bargains for Mexico kids) today I managed 4 base ball bats around 5 pairs base ball shoes with cleats and about 6 right hand base ball gloves plus 2 left hand gloves (good score) plus picking up parts for the boat that I am working on then back home glass of wine play ball with Sara that's my typical day

Roger and Susie's Travels Seeing as I was golfing in Gold River Susie had to take Stuart to his Camp Bob arrival at Roberts lake they get to meet there councilors etc on a stretch of logging road pull out once every body gets signed in they get to walk into the camp about 1 mile in on a bush trail to the lake camp the pictures are from Susie's camera the weather has turned pretty crappy so its going to be interesting to see how Stu made out in all this rain I will be picking him up on this Friday ????
